The GP hasn't heard anything about her because Gaga doesn't want the GP to hear about her. She's on a blackout and on a media break. She only talks to fans via twitter, LM and her tour which has onle been in Asia and Australia, so far. It's such a stupid discussion.
If she's still snubbed and low profile after her perfume launch, new single, new album and two movies next year then we can talk about you being correct about fading, until then this is stupid.

MTV ignores Madonna and Rihanna for several years
ATRL : Well we don't care it's only MTV
MTV ignores GAGA
ATRL : The end of her career
I see the logic in this
|
Twitter doesn't count, Facebook doesn't count, Tour sales and attendance doesn't count, album sales better than my faves doesn't count. VMA's snubbing Gaga counts.

Exactly. I mean, Rihanna stans talking about snubs.

She's fading from the general public view and I'm almost sure she will do worse than Born This Way Radio/iTunes/On-Demand/Album/Singles wise, like I said we'll see how things turn out and no need to be so defensive. It's just my opinion against yours, don't be silly.
|
I also thing this new album will under perform harder than BTW.
Imagine if radio gave her the Beyonce treatment
What is a Popstar without radio
She needs strong hooks again, song like princess die just won't cut it

Meh, I would say that her hype factor is dissipating. Obviously what's going to happen is that she will hopefully come back fresh with her new material and be able to regain her popularity. Maybe not as big as TFM, but enough to maintain her sales/chart positions to keep up with the other girls. You can't sweep and be nominated for awards every year girls, be serious. It's never happened to Katy, Rihanna, or Beyonce. There's always a refractory period. Let's be patient.

Seriosly those everyone think that MTN would be nominated???
This had been her worst year, 0 apperences, non singles, Thank god the tour is doing good
However i think that this break would help Gaga, I think that the main reason of why Gaga Born this way era was no that massive was because she was so overated!!! but this break would help
Dont worry monsters wait for next year i beat that she & Britney would be on top at the VMAS

Did you really think Gaga's career is over for being ignored in a MTV award ceremony?
Seriously?

Her curves were more talked about than any of Gaga's music this past year, tbh.

Why do we have 13 pages of Gaga stans bringing up Born This Way era receipts that pale in comparison to TFM receipts to prove she's not fading . We know she's still successful, but she's considerably less successful than during TFM in nearly everything but touring. The key word here is "fading", the article isn't saying she's completely knocked out of the game (yet).

You can't define the future of her career simply because she didn't receive any nominations. She's currently half way through her sell-out, 100% positively reviewed tour and is completing her album, I'm sure VMA nominations are the LEAST of her worries at the moment. The media can't stop talking about her (if she was "fading" I'm pretty sure nobody would've given a **** about her and this article wouldn't have been made). When her first single/album drops then we can make assumptions.

If Gaga is fading than Rihanna should have been gone years ago because she has been snubbed by MTV many times.
Don't listen to anyone that says she is fading. People here tried to say Katy was fading after Part of Me and came back better with Wide Awake.
I will agree that she is not as popular as a year ago but in no way she is fading. Gaga has nothing to worry about.
