Where did this myth of Christina being more critically acclaimed come from? Last I checked, Christina's albums have not been more critically acclaimed than Britney's. I mean, she only has one album that cracked 60 and has a career average of 59 to Britney's 64.

Britney's highest rated album = Oops with a 72 / Lowest = 58 (Britney)
Christina's highest rated album = B2B with a 69 / Lowest = 55 (Stripped)
I mean, if it takes some people feel better to call them "Pop Girls" then go right ahead. Still doesn't change the facts that Britney is the 6th best selling female artist WW all time. The youngest on the highest grossing tour act of last decade. Has been heralded at the VERY LEAST, a Global Pop Icon (this is not debatable).
