It is basically the same concept, but instead of Hot 100 #1s, I will do Pop Songs #1s. Since ATRL is dominantly a pop forum, I thought it would be appropriate
I'll begin with the year 2002 (the past 10+ years) and work my way up to the current pop songs #1 (whatever it may be). I thought about going back to 1992 (when Pop Songs began), but I'd rather keep it current
The rules are the same. If you aren't familiar, check below:

Ok, so I had this idea like yesterday I think but whatever, I won't the story and everything..
In short, we're gonna (yes, we means all of you, ATRL Members, are allowed to participate) rate all Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 singles since the most modern, the current #1 single 'till the first song ever to reach the No. 1 on Hot 100 (and that's only if we get there I doubt it ) But at the moment we can have fun and express our opinions
What's the thing? We're not gonna say just a "7" or a "10" NO! It's NOT just ONE thing. We're gonna rate THE No. 1 single for these aspects:
a) Song (included production, lyrics, vocals and everything you want to add) But you will score the single just as Audio Song, you will critic just the song
b) Music Video (included creativity, fun, quality, cheap and if at least it has some relation with the song it belongs to): All these aspects you're gonna rate, most important: IT'S JUST THE VIDEO, you will not include the audio for the moment of your score, just if the audio and video have some relation between them
c) Single Cover / Art Cover: You will give your points just for the image..
All the scores have to be "/10" That means: 10 is the highest point you can vote for.
EXCEPTIONS:
- Just for avoid the "stan thing" YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE 10 IN EVERYTHING, example:

"Poker Face"
Song, Music Video and Single Cover: 1000000000
Do I have to say anything else about my fave?
YOU CAN PUT as maximum "10's" ONCE! Not everything is perfect, at least 9.5 it deserves, be realistic and serious! Before you vote or send your score keep your "hate" or "fan love" far!
If you want to give some opinions beside your scores, that's awesome, no problem with that.. At the opposite, I'm interested to watch your critics opinions
Let's begin the rates!
