It's a dance-pop album. If you are not into that, of course it would sound "cheap". I'm a fan of Love?, to be honest. But the poll is lying. Rebirth is better and more solid, so it deserves more votes.
My problem with On the 6 is the second part. It has some fillers, but it's a solid album. "Waiting for Tonight" saves it and it sh*ts over some discographies, you know.

Songs from On the 6 have beautiful lyrics, melodies and well-produced. Most of tracks from Love? have cheesy lyrics, boring sounds and poor-produced

I misunderstand you. Too bad.
I agree On the 6 is better than Love? quality-wise. I'll still go with Love?. It's more my cup of tea. The other one has too much fillers. Like I said, "Waiting for Tonight" saves it.
