You mean on iTunes? It's her highest position, it didn't even enter the top 50 before this day.

After a night full of birthday celebrations, Selena Gomez was spotted heading to a Japanese restaurant in Sherman Oaks, CA on Monday afternoon (July 23).
The newly 20-year-old starlet chatted on her iPhone while walking lunch dressed in a peace sign top with lace up booties.
