Between Katy and Rihanna tbh. I didn't like Katy's bright blue hair, I absolutley loved the softer purple it almost looks natural.

Rih amazed me by pulling off that color perfectly, but it was up and down depending on the style she wore it.

Anyway, my choice is Gaga, as long as it's long. I'm rarely ever here for any colored hair that's a bob.

Anyway, I've always liked Katy's hair color choices, then Gaga's. But
I LOVED when Rihanna's hair was that "Loud Red" color. I'm so torn!
