Better performer: Freddie Mercury or Michael Jackson?
These two men are EASILY the two greatest stage performers to ever walk this earth. Both have gone on to rest in peace and both have maybe the greatest musical legacy of their respective genres (Michael-Pop/R&b, Freddie-Rock).
So with that said, who's the better live performer?
I think this poll will really bring out ATRL's true geniuses.

I vote for Michael. Freddie was incredible he was a legend for what he did. But he was huge based on his theatricality, the drama of the set, the action on stage. His persona, who he was, wasn't the crowd pleaser it was what he did. Michael, however, commanded a different kind of energy. Just his name alone could get people off their feet and screaming as if a song had just been sung. Just entering the stage would cause cheers the refused to stop. And then there were michael's theatrics which, while less than freddie, were still crowd pleasing ground breaking performance pieces.
When the wind knocks you off your feet, spread your Wings and fly.
Anyone on the fence, just Netflix Queen's Live From Montreal concert film. Mercury's stage presence, how he takes ownership of that stage and the audience members, is astounding. He along with Robert Plant are my favorite rock vocalists.

I stan for: Shinedown - Three Days Grace Hardcore fan of: Evanescence - Daughtry - Nirvana - Apocalyptica - Kris Allen - LIGHTS - Breaking Benjamin
MJ was the more multi-talented of the two i.e. the mesmerising dancing ability, shown in the Motown 25 clip which is probably the single most spine-tingling performance ever given.
Having said that, if there was one man you would want singing, being a showman and getting the crowd involved and your life depended on it - it would have to be Freddy Mercury. He has to be the greatest frontman of a band in history (and in a band with other huge egos like Brian May, he really had to be something to stand out).
In summary I'm not going to vote because I can't really decide.
Adele, Avril and Lana.
3 very different queens but all rule equally.
