Christina never made the top 100 on either of the Forbes' charts (TV, radio, press, social, or web,) while Mariah made the top 100 only once, a decade ago, and has been absent since.

Anyways, back to the topic: I will say Mariah just because she's too perfect for it. American Idol is just too perfect. She got paid $17M, if that's any indication.

Plus, the great chemistry is ALREADY there between her and Randy Jackson. So this will feel much like family, and a long night at the studio I'm sure Randy's about to **** his pants And all the lambs too!

And judging from her last American Idol episode.. she's actually done so MUCH as a mentor.. not to mention her Mariah-isms.

So ultimately, my vote goes to my queen, Mariah Carey!

If anything, Hero is one of the most sung songs in ALL of the singing competitions. I mean Everyone auditions because they all think they're the next Mariah/Whitney.

Mariah will know how to judge effectively and shadily because she knows her songs well.

I see Britney bringing in the best ratings but Mariah will be the best judge followed by Xtina and then Britney.

While i'm a Britney stan first and foremost, i'm a bit sceptical about her judging now after seeing some of the reviews. The comments we've seen/heard sound okay/good but some people are saying she's a good judge while a lot others are saying she's not. I personally think she's a 'decent' judge and her short and to the point commentary will come off well in the live rounds (with the time limits and such) but the other two seem like they give or in Mariah's case will give better feedback and be more at ease with it. Britney might open up more and surprise people in the live shows though....so who knows?

Britney slowly losing that over the years but not gone obviously however not as the same as what she had during those times.

Mariah has also more personality seeing how bitchy/controversial she speaks. Britney based on the off-cam reports about her judging on X-Factor is being overshadowed by sharp-tongued and personality loaded Demi Lovato.

Brit has been very isolated and boxed based on X-Factor offcam reports hope she'll be confident especially in the live rounds and we'll speak more than a few words .

The media criticize Britney More because they do not like her! They need (want) people to think she’s a bad judge but in reality she’s not bad as they are making be! But personally, I think Britney is a better judge than Demi! Her comments are short and precise! But people will encourage Demi more because she is like a new star that will comes out of X factor!

I'd say Britney because the x-factor is basically her show, people are going to watch the-x factor just because of Britney she is the main star of it, the reason of its existense.

I don't know how much weight Xtina has on "The voice" since adam levine is the favorite judge on the show.

And I'm pretty sure Mariah will do a great job as a judge, but I don't see ratings exploding.

Actually, that's what I thought at first as well. But during the first three audition dates, I'm honestly shocked. I was expecting Paula Abdul like critiques from Britney but no.. She says what she thinks the contestant deserve.

Don Philip (her ex co-worker in Baby One More Time auditioned and Britney said no. and he started hating Britney on his facebook

Yes i think everyone was scared for her because of that.

But surprisingly she's been doing a gret job as a judge, great answers, and coherent comments, she is already profiling as the best judge on the x factor so far.
