He doesn't give a **** so he passed out in the bed with all his clothes on. He hopped in a cab and doesn't care where it takes him. The point is that it doesn't matter what they do or where they go because they can always have a good time. The lyrics make more (literal) sense than about 90% of Owl City's entire discography, tbh.
