Yeah it's difficult to dislike her IMHO because she knows exactly what she is, doesn't think she's some kind of legend or anything but knows she's very good at racking up pop hit after pop hit.

I think some people are too harsh on her with the whole live-vocals thing (because she's had really beautiful acoustic performances that people never seem to take into account), but other than that I don't think she's over or underrated.
