Nope. Wonder Girls with Nobody Remix ft. Lady Gaga and RedOne will beat 2NE1 out. And when 2NE1 tries to enter again, SNSD with Paparazzi (Eng Ver) ft. Rihanna will knock them out again. YG will eventually give up and they will continue to stay 2nd to SNSD in Korea and flopping in Japan. 
With the right promo they might have a chance.
