The guy that did it posted this on 9gag that he was going to do this in advance. 9gag users encouraged him to do it and motivated him to actually go through with it, therefore 9gag is responsible for this.
That was in Norway, and over 70 people died (I think...) but anyway they replied with love and support, by taking the murderer to a psychiatrist! They haven't even sentenced him...
