But she is the biggest digital artist because she is releasing music constanly since 2005, not because she has a big digital power. Example:

Rihanna - 6 albums - 47,571,000 units sold in the US (Singles)

Katy Perry - 2 albums - 37,620,000 units sold in the US (Singles)

Rihanna had digital power during the GGGB era.

She was one of the few, if not only artist who could score multiple 3X plat singles, which was huge back then.

Just like Rihanna, Katy will not keep her digital power forever, in fact it is already starting to wear out.
