Based on all the generations this glorious dance song has made dance, the correct answer is Into The Groove. However, it should be Music.
Music should have been a lot bigger than it already was. One of my fave Madonna songs of all time.

I accidentally voted for "into the groove" because I got confused and thought you were asking which was her signature dance hit, and IMO her most signature dance hit is "Into the groove".
but the one I like the most and I think is her best dance hit is "Ray of light"
