They are really trying to differentiate this from Tobeys version. I'm excited but I'm curious as to why film execs thought a reboot so soon was necessary.
this looks really good! much better than the last spiderman franchise. i really hope there are no plans to draw spiderman into the marvel cinematic universe with the avengers though, to me its a separate thing :X

The storyline is intricately webbed with more details and humanities. Peter Parker finally shows consistency on his personality before and after becoming Spider Man. Two lead deliver a more convincible romance in a more intimate senario. Moreover, action scene is mind-blowingly well executed. Although may not deliver a superb complexity as Spider Man 2, tt is way better than Spider Man(2002) and the abysmal Spider Man 3.
Not as good as the first two movies, but still it handled the origin story much better. The villain was lacking though, and I still prefer Tobey's protrayal of Spidey.
The Iconic and Legendary Spiderman. Of course I'm going to see it.
