Katy is not high fashion. Katy is "girl next door", "California girl", "accessible" Girl. Her image is not high fashion. To be frank I don't think she pulls it off very well. Her features aren't striking enough. The features that people call ugly in Gaga make her striking. The nose, the prominent brow, the teeth. THAT'S HIGH FASHION(well, she couldn't be a model though). I like Katy better when she looks like the girl next door tbh. It's more natural.
