"'I Will Be' is a song I have known for a while… From the outside looking in I know that everyone was fighting for Avril to put this on her record but for reasons I will not disclose, Avril, did not... I remember Luke playing this song for me months ago and I was at the point of tears knowing I heard a song that would be the hugest thing ever… I mean, people, be prepared to hear this song at EVERY WEDDING for a LONG time."

^I thought that was moving, I wouldn't mind if the video for Lost in Paradise would be that simple...it's quite raw and powerful.

Just an observation: Fallen feels a bit heavier and more dark than their third album, but less so the latter than The Open Door. The Open Door has this quality to it that I'm not sure how to describe - almost more "classy" or "fancy" but with a strong darkness associated. Some parts of it creep the hell out of me, mainly the opening of "Snow White Queen". I couldn't get past the beginning at night for years. Evanescence is sonically amazing and it is a great album with amazing choruses and vocals... but it doesn't feel right. I love it but it's not quite dark enough for me. On Fallen you had songs like "Tourniquet", "Haunted, and "Whisper". On The Open Door we have things like "Snow White Queen". But on this album... nothing really.
