Alex made a mistake in chosing RCA as her new label . She just came off a great era and could have had a pick of many labels.
She must have known about their track record with other artists. She will probably leave RCA now, but I am worried that she may struggle get another deal following this era.

I don't think she had a choice. RCA did fine with Elephant the release was on point, but radio made it impossible for her to sell. There's nothing she can do!

100% TRUTH.
Collide was released before the HOH era even started and yet the album isn't out yet. Alex has a flop with this album (undeservingly though), but at least she doesn't pull a Nicole Schwerzwkerljinger and postpones her album 1302903928409 times, just like Leona.
We'll talk again in November. 2012 or 2013. Not quite sure yet.

Like some have said, at least she took the risk by leaving Simon's label. When she is dropped (which she will be, Diana Vickers was dropped for selling 130k) I hope another label picks her up.
