Probably would've overloaded the servers since they were having server problems before even just with the iPhone. The only reason Siri is still in Beta is so they can test it with the masses and collect enough data to perfect it and then take it out of Beta.

I think Siri will be out of beta for iOS 6, I know for a fact there will be some additions and enhancements on iCloud.

Eh. I'd say Fall with the iPhone event maybe. There hasn't been enough time but Siri is probably getting an update today though.
