Should Gaga take a break?
Gaga says on Twitter that she's gonna released a new album soon. Everyone pretty excited except me. Why? I don't like Gaga but i can't deny she's one of the most hardworking singer right now. I think she need to take a break and focus more on herself. I don't she need to rush to released new album. And her health is really concern me. Seems like she's working non-stop, i'm not surprise if she faint on the stage while performing. My opinion is she need to take a break and focus more on her writing and make a big comeback 1-2 years later.
what you guys think about this?

I'd like her to take a break after this new era(including a tour if there is one) is finished and come back 1-2 years later.
For herself to rest, gather ideas, etc. Its a good thing to take a break sometimes.

She had a couple month media blackout/break.
I think after this tour she should take a small break. I feel so selfish for saying this, but I don't want her to take 1+ year break, because I love her music, appearances, and tours so I would miss that.

People need to get it through their heads that artists can't take extremely long breaks anymore. If you wait too long, the public moves on to the next popstar. She's fine, and I don't see any problem with her continuing her outrageous success on to another album. Hit the iron while it's hot.

I agree. If she takes a break, the anticipation will be much higher and will result in better success. She needs to get inspired. And as many others say,"Live A Little."

In between New Years' and the tour beginning; the only appearances in between then were the opening of the BTW Foundation and the subsequent Oprah interview.
Her tweeting doesn't count as "not taking a break."

You don't take breaks in pop music. Your fist 5 years are crucial, and pop music is very fickle. She should take a break after this album.

Honestly - the majority of the people that want a break from Gaga don't even like her in the first place, so why should she cater to them? She's doing what she loves; let the girl be and ignore her if you don't like her.

She should, I mean a break with no tour, no albums, just time for herself and later comes to slay the other girls.

Not when its pop music, especially as a female pop artist. Any bitch can take your wig, you have to keep it and piss on it to claim your territory. History's greatest example of this was in 1995 when Paula Abdul took a 5 year break, came back and never had a hit since, in that time period so many female artists took her spot. At her prime she was outselling Madonna.

She's on tour right now and has album to released. I think it's too much for her. And i watch e! news, she's suffer concussion on stage, that's just prove something. If MJ (before he died), Britney (after her breakdown) and Madonna (hate all what you want but her tour is selling) can be successful when doing a comeback, i think she can too

Pretty much since NYE. It's not her fault Asians are protesting and making her being talked about. She didn't have one appearance since then, except the BTW Foundation thing.
When she's done with this upcoming album, she should take a break. 6 months - 1 year should be enough, imo. It'll be hard for her not to work.

I agree completely, this is just the reality of the business.
Some artists can afford long breaks, but that doesn't mean long breaks are ideal. The music business is constant & has a limited attention span. You do have to strike an iron while it's hot; if you're not careful it will fizzle.
I think artists should release new music every 1-2 years. My ideal span of time is exactly 1.5 years between albums which is what GaGa is about to do.
