I Wanna Go on both the song and the video. You can't top an opening scene like the one I Wanna Go had. "**** you, **** you, **** you. You're cool. **** you. I'm out" - OWNED!
Blow got old quickly, but the unicorns and the scene with James was funny.

As a Britney stan, this is difficult to say, but I've always HATED both the I Wanna Go video and song.
Blow - The song is ok, but I love the video. So Blow wins for both.
