That said, I wouldn't put "Hard to Explain" that high. I'd certainly, at the very least, switch its place with "House of Jealous Lovers".

People need to learn that just because a "best of" list doesn't include your favorite artist, it doesn't make it terrible, irrelevant, bad, etc.
