I avoided the Britney thread because it would most likely get missed.

So I went into Best Buy again today and asked why her Boxset isn't in store. They said they probably weren't going to get it for a while. You had to order it only online. :confused:

The way they described the status of her Boxset [deleted] it sounded like Jive pulled this off from appearing in any store. Does anybody know if it will be available in stores? Is it just being delayed?

I did, though, buy it online, but is this the only method of buying it? What kind of a move is this from JIve? Christmas is running around the corner, with Black Friday after tomorrow and any Britney fan would want to buy this for a Christmas gift if it was on the shelf, but online??? :darh:

I don't think stores like Walmart/Target/Kmart would carry such a thing. I went to Target and they didn't have any boxsets of any sort, so I think only the high retail stores would have it.

She'd NEVER switch labels. She's the biggest star Jive has, they let her do whatever she wants there, she has complete freedom, which is something she wouldn't have anywhere else.

Well I don't know why it's not available in stores yet, when her disc edition came out two weeks ago. I just hope it doesn't affect her sales too greatly. I don't know who has around 70-100 bucks to waste on the combo, but I was just curious to know if anyone knew what was up with the issue.
