Please bear with us as Absolute TRL was upgraded from vBulletin 3.0.6 to vBulletin 3.5.3.

Joe, the webmaster, had to do this upgrade to take care of a major security hole. Basically we didn't have any choice. He installed the new software and I took it upon myself to transfer most of the data, so we can have a secure site as soon as possible.

With that said, I have no idea if everything still works correctly or not. If you encounter something that doesn't work the way it did before, please calmly and respectfully post it here instead of going psycho. No one tried to screw anything up; we simply had to secure our site with the new vBulletin.

The points system (uShop), and everything associated with it (such as color usernames and whatnot) does not currently work with the new software. Also, you need to choose your style again, which is so easy (bottom-left corner, or User CP > Edit Display to set it permanently). Everything else that I can remember right now should be working.

Note that there is a backup of the old forums in case something needs to be rescued. Again, post here if something major or minor needs to be fixed. Thanks for your cooperation.

Hum, I noticed that now I only can post 4 images and I can't use that Glow thing in my text. I thinks thats it.

I think it's up to 20 images (including smilees) so maybe ya could increase it/wave the limit?

I don't know what was the limit before, but now for me it's 4 images. This is complicated because of all those daily Top 10s and the survivors, at least I use images only for that.

We can't do glow/color effects on usernames for right now but I corrected your username.

I've noticed that in the "Subscribed Threads" section , the "Last post By" is not working or it doesn't show the last poster.

The only thing that I dislike it our glowing and color usernames are gone and I wish we could put pictures in our signature.

lol, I just like the matching siggys with the avatar, only if they aren't that big, which mine won't be. ;)
