Pop star Beyonce can't wait for audiences to see her fourth feature film Dreamgirls, because it will be "the first time" she acts.
The R&B star has made three movies so far, including Austin Powers In Goldmember, Thr Fighting Temptations and the forthcoming The Pink Panther, but insists she hasn't really "acted" properly in the roles.
She explains, "I get to really show a range and really get to act for the first time."

Well Bill Condon is GREAT and knows how to pull people...and he casted her for a reason...

I mean the whole cast is GREAT so why would he cast Bee if he didnt think she was capable of performing this role great. She also has been rehearsing for weeks...I honestly think this will give her recognition as an actress...oscar nom...NO...but recognition(MTV Movie Award)....yes

I can't wait to see the film. It looks like it's gonna be GREAT!

As far as Bee's acting abilities... she hasn't really impressed me yet, so hopefully this film will really showcase her acting abilities

yall should really read up on dreamgirls, it will make you cry, mad, happy, sad, hopeful, really its a wonderful production. eddie murphy my homey and jamie foxx are in it as well and it will be a phenomenal movie, it will be oscar approved and beyonce will prove the world again 'wrong' about their judgement of her. the director of dreamgirls is the same director of the oscar nominated and winner of the movie, chicago. please yall and i am serious, please before you judge check the history of dreamgirls, its a must see movie no matter what. you will learn so much. all kiddin and ridicule from me aside, please please follow this movie. if you really love music you will never reget it.
