They all look the same, just different ages, one different angle, tirdness, lip liner, plucking and different hair styles. The first two pics for comparison are ridiculous, massive age gap, of course there's going to be a big different it doesn't necessarily mean surgery, in the second pic they say nose job but then it looks 'unjobbed' for the next two pics and apparantly 'jobbed' again in the last two pics, not a 're-job' like they're trying to say. If she's had surgery then whatever, it's her business, but it doesn't look anything more then plucking her eyebrows more underneath, different angles for her nose and differen't hair do's, as for her lips, they don't even look different. Depending on how you hold your mouth, or what make up you use, the size can seemingly change.
