Human cruelty to animals, unfortunately, day by day is getting worse, and cruelty is proven once again on Friday in the Sarajevo suburb Ilidza where unknown perpetrators put fireworks in your mouth dog who suffered very serious injuries for which he was apparently asleep veterinarians.

After the incident, the dog was walking the streets unable to drink or eat for five days until animal control picked up the dog and took it to a veterinary hospital. Flies and magots were infecting the wounded areas when they found the dog. Doctors tried to administrate reconstructive surgery on the dog, but failed. The dog was later put to rest.

I don't think I should, I've seen some of the most disgusting videos and pictures of dead and mutilated humans and while slightly disturbing they are easily forgetful but pictures of abused dogs always stick in my mind for some reason. I guess it's because theyre so innocent and sweet and because I love my 3 dogs.

I understand exactly what you mean. I have 3 dogs as well. Unfortunately, I stumbled on this photo from my news feed on Facebook. I tried to look away, but I couldn't resist. I just can't imagine anybody ever doing something like this to an innocent dog. It just makes me so upset. I just can't imagine the amount of pain this poor dog must have suffered. I am just glad they put him to sleep so that he won't suffer anymore.

So much truth in this post!! I'm really tired of people turning a blind eye when it comes to animal cruelty, especially when it involves "adolescents". This kind of **** really pisses me off :mad:

I saw this on my Facebook timeline :( Things like this really piss me off only because a lot of people still do not take animal cruelty seriously. Someone who even thinks to do something like this and then carry it out should not be taken lightly.

It's kinda odd I've seen pics of mutilated human bodies :-$ but when they do these kind of things to dogs or harmless animals it makes me sad. I love my dog. :(
