Tyler Hadley is the teenager accused of a crime so brutal, it's shocking the nation.

Police say the 17-year-old murdered his parents, then threw a party as they lay dead in the house.

"This doesn't happen here. This is something that happens in a big city," Reann Wallace, a neighbor, said.

One possible motive is that Hadley was reportedly angry his parents wouldn't let him throw a Saturday night party. According to cops, Hadley then used a hammer to bludgeon his parents.

The victims were his mom, 47-year-old Mary Jo Hadley, a popular school teacher, and his dad, 54-year-old Blake Hadley, known as a gentle giant.

Law enforcement believes that the homicide occurred outside of the master bedroom. They indicated that Hadley's mom was killed first, and his father was killed next.

"Tyler brought the bodies back inside the room where he lay the hammer between them and concealed the bodies with household items," said Port St. Lucie police spokesman Tom Nichols.

And the sick part is, he probably killed them because they forbade him from having that party.

He could have been mad that his parent never let him do anything and this was his big chance to be "someone". He probably had everything planned, except this parent's approval.
